HAR §13-230-29. Misrepresentation
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 13-230-29
It is a violation
of these rules for any person to misrepresent any fact
upon any form or document intended for or used in
determination of resident status for fees and charges
purposes or for any person to misrepresent any fact at
