HAR §13-231-30. Restrictions on multiple permits
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 13-231-30
The accumulation of more than two permits for a berth,
mooring, or both by a co-owner, firm, corporation,
trust, association, organization, institution, or
lessee is prohibited in any one small boat harbor.
