HAR §13-231-53. Signs

No person shall post or
display any signs at a small boat harbor without the
prior written approval of the department, except that
signs strictly pertaining to the sale of vessels and
of maximum dimensions of three feet by three feet
shall be permitted on the vessel without approval.
