HAR §13-231-8. Inspections

All vessels located in
or upon the waters of a small boat harbor or offshore
mooring area shall be subject to inspection by the
department or any peace officer of the State or its
political subdivisions at any time when necessary and
proper for the purpose of enforcing these rules. [Eff
