HAR §13-233-33. Revocation of parking permits

The
department reserves the right to further restrict the
issuance of parking permits to those who observe the

payments of fees and charges. A parking permit may be
revoked as provided in section 13-231-6. Upon
revocation the permittee shall surrender the parking
