HAR §13-234-22. Exemption from fee differential

Nonresident members of the United States Armed Forces
on active duty who are stationed in Hawaii, or on
order to be stationed in Hawaii and their dependents

Unofficial Compilation
shall be exempt from payment of the nonresident fee
differential prescribed in this subchapter during the
period that the Armed Forces member is on active duty
and stationed in Hawaii; provided that they submit
relevant proof to the department of such status. [Eff
