HAR §13-235-10. Removal of a vessel or contrivance

(a) The department may remove a vessel or contrivance
from its moored or anchored location in accordance
with section 13-231-10, Hawaii Administrative Rules
and chapter 200, Hawaii Revised Statutes respectively.
(b) Any administrative hearing shall follow the
procedures as set forth in sections 13-231-31 and 13-
