HAR §13-235-16. Tenders and dinghies

(a) Tenders
and dinghies, if not issued a certificate of number,
shall be identified with the name of the host vessel.

(b) A tender or dinghy shall be either tied
alongside or tethered not more than one and one-half
times its length from any part of the host vessel.
