HAR §13-242-23. Reporting nonresident convictions
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 13-242-23
The department upon receiving a record of conviction
in the State of an operator of a vessel numbered in
another state of any offense of chapter 200, Hawaii
Revised Statutes, or of these rules, shall forward a
certified copy of the record to the boating
administration of the state wherein the vessel is
