HAR §13-244-25. Report required by boat dealers

All
boat dealers in the State shall record with the
department the name and address of their place of
business and the name and address of the owner. They
shall notify the department upon termination of their
business. The department shall maintain a record of
boat dealers. No recording fee shall be charged.
