[R DEC 21 2022 ] B495 The repeal of subchapters 1, 2, 3, and 7 of chapter 13-251, Hawaii Administrative Rules, on the Summary page dated October 27, 2022, was adopted on October 27, 2022, following public notice given in the Honolulu Star Advertiser, Maui News, The Garden Island, The Hawaii Tribune Herald, and West Hawaii Today on March 4, 2020. The repeal of subchapters 1, 2, 3, and 7 of chapter 13-251, Hawaii Administrative Rules, shall take effect ten days after filing with the Office of the Lieutenant Governor.
