HAR §11-156.1-36. Cooperation with department

A case, suspected case, contact, health care provider, health care facility, laboratory director, school, business, organization, or any person the department deems relevant to an investigation shall cooperate with the department in the investigation of a case, suspected case, outbreak, or suspected outbreak, and the implementation of measures for the prevention, suppression, and control of a communicable disease.
