HAR §13-257-3. State day-use mooring buoy limitations

(a) A vessel using a state day-use mooring buoy shall not exceed two and one half hours of use, except as provided by section 13—37-3 for the Old Kona Airport Marine Life Conservation District, Hawai‘i.
