(a) The SHPD shall reconsider the findings under sections 13-275-5 (adequate identification and inventory procedures), 13-275-6 (significance evaluations), 13-275-7 (determination of effects), and 13-275-8 (mitigation), when new information is submitted by an interested party with a request for reconsideration. To be considered, the inquiry must address a specific problem in the findings with supportive new evidence presented. The agency conducting the project shall be promptly notified by the SHPD of the request for reconsideration. An inquiry to the SHPD will not suspend action on a project, but the agency shall take all measures to avoid adverse effects to significant historic properties while the SHPD is reviewing a request. Within ten working days of receipt of the request at the SHPD office, the SHPD shall advise in writing the
