HAR §13-282-4. Fees

An archaeological permit application shall be accompanied by a filing fee of $50. All fees shall be in the form of cash, certified or cashier's check, and payable to the Hawaii historic preservation special fund. [Eff DEC 11 2003] (Auth: HRS §6E-3) (Imp: HRS §6E-3)
