HAR §13-284-12. Discovery of previously unknown historic properties during implementation of a project

If a previously unknown historic property is found after the acceptance of an inventory report or during the implementation of a project, then the historic preservation review process shall be reopened. This action, however, applies only to the immediate area where a historic property is discovered, and the historic preservation review process shall be accelerated, following the procedures of 13-280.
