HAR §13-29-3. Permitted activities

A person may:
(1)
Fish for, catch, take, possess, or remove,
from subzone B:
(A)
Any finfish by hook-and-line or thrownet;
and
(B)
Akule (Trachurops crurmenophthalmus),
opelu (Decapterus pinnulatus) and
crustacean by any legal fishing method or
device, except traps; and
(2)
Possess in the water, any knife and any shark
billy, bang stick, powerhead, or carbon
dioxide (C02) injector for the sole purpose of
