Any equipment, article, instrument, aircraft, vehicle, vessel, business record, or natural resource used or taken in violation of this chapter, may be seized and subject to forfeiture as provided by section 199-7 and chapter 712A, HRS. [Eff and comp 8/27/21] (Auth: HRS §190-3) (Imp: HRS §199-7, ch. 712A) §13-34-4 DEPARTMENT OF LAND AND NATURAL RESOURCES Amendments to and compilation of chapter 13-34, Hawaii Administrative Rules, on the Summary page dated June 10, 2021, were adopted on June 10, 2021, following a public hearing held on January 19, 2021, after public notice was given in the Honolulu Star- Advertiser on December 13, 2020.
