HAR §13-48.5-3. Duration
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 13-48.5-3
These rules shall be
effective until June 30, 2036, or until the effective
date of new or amended rules implementing science-
based, adaptive management measures as developed by
the department in consultation with the Maunalua
community and other interested parties, whichever
