As used in this chapter unless otherwise provided: “Marks" means the lines painted on the Waimea recreational pier to delineate spaces to be occupied for fishing. "Unattended Fishing Line" means a fishing line of which the rightful owner is not on the pier. "Waimea Bay" means the bay located on the southern portion of the island of Kauai.
