HAR §13-54-2. Prohibited activities

No person shall
possess or use any cross net, gill net, draw net, drag
net, seine, barrier net, hand net, or any other type
of net within the Puakō Bay and Puakō Reef fisheries
management area, except throw net with a stretched
mesh size that is in compliance with section 13-75-10.
