HAR §13-57-2. Prohibited activities

No person shall engage in the following activities within the Keauhou Bay fisheries management area: (1) Fish with more than two lines at the same time; (2) Snag or attempt to snag any fish; (3) Use or possess any type of net, except hand nets not exceeding three feet (0.91 meter) 57-2 in any dimension to take shrimp for bait purposes only, or to land fish already hooked, and except throw nets in the "Thrownetting Zone" bounded by the shoreline, and a straight line starting at the north end stairs in the wall fronting the volleyball court drawn to the base of the boundary of the fisheries management area at "Doc Hill", as indicated in the exhibit entitled "Map of Keauhou Bay Fisheries Management Area, Hawai‘i", dated 9/21/11, located at the end of this chapter; or (4) Herd or chase any fish out of the area by swimming, diving, or using a boat.
