HAR §13-5-32. Fees
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 13-5-32
Each application shall be
accompanied by the filing fees specified in this
chapter. All fees shall be in the form of certified or
cashier's check, and payable to the State of Hawaii.
The application fee for state projects shall be waived.
