HAR §13-62-6. Revocation of permits
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 13-62-6
The board may
revoke any permit issued as provided by this rule for
any infraction of the terms and conditions of the
permit, and a person whose permit was revoked shall not
be eligible to apply for another permit until the
expiration of one year from the date of revocation.
