HAR §13-94-7. Non-commercial bag limits

(a) A
limit on the number of bottomfish that may be taken
for non-commercial purposes shall be established to
conserve bottomfish resources.
(b) Unless otherwise authorized by law, it is
unlawful for any person, to take or possess more than
a combined total of five bottomfish per day. [Eff
