1-3 failed initial probation, shall be filed with the merit appeals board within twenty days from the date on the notification from the director or appointing authority. (2) An appeal by an employee on matters relating to the classification and reclassification of a particular position shall be filed with the merit appeals board within thirty days after the date of the notice of final action by the director or appointing authority. (3) An appeal by an employee on matters relating to the initial pricing of classes shall be filed with the merit appeals board within thirty days after the date of the notice of final action by the director. (4) An appeal by an employee on an employment action as provided by section 14-25.1- 1(b)(4), shall be filed with the merit appeals board within thirty days after notice of final action by the director or appointing authority.
