HAR §14-51-12. Enrollment

(a) An employee may enroll in this premium conversion plan by completing a benefit election form(s) during a designated enrollment period held prior to the employee's benefit election date. For a newly eligible employee, the enrollment period shall be the period within 31 days of the date the employee first becomes eligible for participation under this plan. (b) While an employee is a participant in this plan, any required employee monthly contributions for eligible expenses will be paid by the employer, and such payment shall constitute a nontaxable benefit to the employee. (c) Enrollment in this plan shall constitute an employee's election to include all eligible expenses for all component plans the employee is enrolled in. [Eff.
