HAR §14-51-31. Funding

All benefits under this plan shall be funded through compensation reduction elections authorized by participating employees. The compensation received during a period of coverage by each participating employee shall be reduced by the allocated amount. Compensation reduction will be prorated over each payroll period. [Eff.
