HAR §14-59-8. Amount deferred; limitations

(a) The amount deferred shall be as specified in chapter 88F, Hawaii Revised Statutes, and the plan document.
(b) The maximum amount that may be deferred for each taxable year by the participant shall be as specified in the Code and the plan document.
