HAR §15-106-26. Retention of papers
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 15-106-26
All papers filed with the authority shall be
retained by the authority in its files for a reasonable time or as required by applicable law.
The authority may permit the withdrawal of original papers upon submission of properly
authenticated copies to replace the original papers. [Eff 11/20/89; comp FEB 25 1994]
