HAR §15-107-4. Cooperative agreements
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 15-107-4
The authority may enter into cooperative
agreements with qualified persons or public agencies, where the powers, services, and
capabilities of such persons or public agencies are deemed necessary and appropriate to
assist the authority in its review, selection, and approval of a convention center
