HAR §15-10-1. Purpose

The purpose of this chapter is to
provide rules governing the procurement, control,
distribution, and sale of petroleum products in the event of
a fuel shortage as defined in Section 125C-2, Hawaii Revised
Statutes, in compliance with section 125C-4 and 125C-23,
HRS.
