HAR §15-10-10. Applicability; violations
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 15-10-10
(a) Unless
otherwise specified, this chapter shall apply to a:
(1) Vehicle operator;
(2) Motor fuel retailers; or
(3) Motor fuel retailer or an employee thereof.
(b) A violation of these rules may result in a
criminal charge against any or all of the persons specified
