HAR §15-10-15. Supplier liaison to the State

Each prime
supplier shall designate a person to act as a liaison for
and on behalf of the prime supplier with respect to the set-
aside system. Each prime supplier operating within the
State shall notify the SMC in writing of the designation
within ten day of the implementation of a set-aside program.
