HAR §15-10-21. Appeals; Who may file
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 15-10-21
(a) Any person may
file an appeal if aggrieved by a set-aside order issued by
the SMC.
(b) An appeal shall not be filed regarding a set-aside
request that has been reduced by the SMC by a set percentage
for all applicants in the same priority category.
