HAR §15-10-5. Maximum purchase for separate containers
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 15-10-5
Not more than two gallons or eight liters of motor fuel
shall be sold or purchased for delivery into a "safety
approved" container other than the fuel tank of a vehicle,
to be transported away from the premises of a retail seller.
This restriction shall not apply to containers to be used
for a commercial purpose, such as for fueling commercial
landscaping or construction equipment, electrical
generators, etc.
