HAR §15-120-12. Inspection of premises and records for loan

The
department and other state agencies shall have the right to inspect and monitor, at
reasonable hours, the plant, physical facilities, equipment, premises, books,
records, and business activities of any applicant either in connection with the
processing ofa loan application or in the administration of a loan granted to that
