HAR §15-150-15. Action by the lead agency

(a) Within sixty calendar days after the public hearing, unless an e xtension is agreed to by the applicant, the lead agency shall approve with or without conditions or deny any application for development in a special management area . (b) Within ten working days from a determination pursuant to section 15- 150-11(1) to (3 ) unless an e xtension is agreed to by the applicant , the lead agency shall grant or deny a special management area minor approval .
