HAR §15-15-39. Verification

(a) Petitions, iamendments thereto, and other pleadings which initiate a p;i::oceeding, and ame.ndments there.to shall be . verified by at least one of the persons or officers or other authorized signatory of the party filing the same. (b) If the party filing the pleading is a corporation, association, partnership, or other legal entity, the pleading may be verified by an officer or partner thereof or other authorized person. Evidence of such authorization shall be provided. (c) The attorney for a party may sign and verify a pleading if the party is absent, or for some cause unable to sign and verify the pleading.
