HAR §15-15-67. Co-counsel

Where a party is
represented by more than one attorney or
representative, only one of the attorneys or
representatives shall be permitted to make an opening
statement, or to examine or cross-examine a particular
witnes~ or to state any objections or to make closing
statements, unless otherwise authorized by the
presiding officer.
