HAR §15-15-84. Reconsideration of decision

(a)
A
motion for reconsideration shall be filed with the
commission within seven calendar days after issuance
of the commission's written decision and order.
The
motion for reconsideration shall clearly specify that
the motion is for reconsideration.
(b)
The motion for reconsideration shall state
specifically the grounds on which the movant considers
the decision or order unreasonable, unlawful, or
erroneous.
(c)
In no eve·nt will the commission consider any
motion for reconsideration on any petition after the
period within which the commission is required to act
