HAR §15-215-45. Recreation space

(a) [Lots within
all transect zones] New residential development shall
provide [the following recreation space:
(1) Twenty-five square feet per each 1,000
square feet of industrial use;
(2) Thirty-seven and a half square feet per each
1,000 square feet of commercial, office, and
goods and services use; and
(3) Fifty-five] fifty-five square feet of
recreation space per dwelling unit.
(b) If the on-site recreation space is provided
outdoors, it may also be used [to satisfy a portion
of] toward the open space requirements as set forth in
