HAR §15-217-1. Title

(a) This chapter 217 of the Hawaii administrative rules shall be known, and may be cited, as the "Mauka Area Rules." (b) References to "Rules" within this chapter are references to the Mauka Area Rules unless indicated otherwise. References to other regulations or provisions relevant to the Hawaii community development authority, where provided, are for the convenience of the reader. The lack of a cross­ reference does not exempt a land, building, structure, or use from other regulations. (c) The figures, dated September 2011, attached at the end of this chapter and the mauka area plan, dated NOV11 2011 , are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this chapter.
