Sale of a condominium unit by the
mortgagee pursuant to a foreclosure.
If the Hawaii
community development authority does not exercise its
right of first refusal to purchase the condominium
unit, the mortgagee of the condominium unit may sell
the unit in leasehold for the remaining term of the
leasehold to any buyer.
Provisions of section 15-223-
18 and 15-223-19 shall not be applicable to sale of a
condomipiyy y@it under this section.
