HAR §15-23-22. Automatic approvals

(c) When a proposed project requires more than one permit, the longest review period of the durations shown in the table following section 15-23-22(a) shall apply for determining the deemed approved date. If one approval is required before proceeding with another approval, then the review periods will be added to one another.
