HAR §15-23-24. Zoning clearance

(a) Applicability. Any identified uses and activities that are in compliance with the applicable land use standards may be issued a zoning clearance to satisfy the requirements of other government agencies. (b) Initiation. An applicant may apply for a zoning clearance by filing an application with the executive director. (c) Action. In accordance with Figure 2 (approval requirements matrix), dated November 2023, made a part of this chapter, and attached at the end of this chapter, the executive director may approve all zoning clearance applications consistent with this section after receipt of a complete application and payment of the requisite fee.
