HAR §15-23-39. MUZ-I zone: development standards

The following shall apply to waterfront industrial
uses within the MUZ-I zone:
(1) On-site open space shall not be required;
(2) One off-street parking space for every two
employees or one space per one thousand
square feet of floor area, whichever is
greater, shall be required; and
(3) Public facilities fees shall not be
