HAR §15-23-42. Minimum lot area, width and depth

Subdivision of any parcel within any land use zone
shall result in a lot area of no less than ten
thousand square feet and a lot width and depth of no
less than sixty feet, provided no minimum subdivided
lot area, width and depth shall apply to permanent
off-site parking facilities, street and utility
improvement projects, and public utility lots or
easements used solely for utility facilities such as
transformers, switch vault substations, and pumping
