HAR §15-300-1. Purpose

These rules are adopted
pursuant to chapters 91 and 92, Hawaii Revised
Statutes ("HRS"), and implement chapter 201H, HRS, and
address the following objectives:
(1)
To govern the practice before the Hawaii
housing finance and development corporation;
and
(2)
To secure the just and efficient
determination of proceedings before the
Hawaii housing finance and development
corporation.
