(a)
The
corporation shall be entitled to all eligible fees and
costs allowed by the United States Department of Housing
and Urban Development for administration of federal formula
grants referenced in this chapter.
(b)
For rental projects receiving funds under this
chapter, the corporation may charge the project an annual
compliance monitoring fee of up to $35 per unit per year
for all assisted units, excluding managers' units.
